Electrician - Commercial/Industrial

Key Duties

• Layout conduit, lighting, control systems, and feeders based on blueprints.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow safety procedures, and participate in safety audits.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in compliance with NEC standards.
• Assist and mentor team members and apprentices, providing technical support and guidance.
• Organize materials, complete projects on time, and support lean manufacturing principles.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Ability to read blueprints and analyze electrical systems.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA and company policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, accepting increasing responsibilities.
• Effective communication and mentorship skills.
