Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews to complete electrical installation and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
- Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and plans to guide crew activities
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, codes, and company policies
- Cook up with project managers, electricians, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
- Conduct quality inspections, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on site
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices
- Maintain detailed daily work reports and documentation
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Experienced in bending and thread rigid aluminum conduit
- Industrial plant work experience
- Located in the Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough area willing to work in Pinellas Park
