About the role

CoolToday is seeking an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Helper to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our IAQ Technicians are responsible for performing safe, effective, and efficient residential cleaning and indoor air quality activities, including duct cleaning, AeroSeal, duct replacements, and more. Blow-in insulation knowledge is a plus. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe, effective, and efficient residential cleaning and indoor air quality activities
• Engage with clients to understand their needs
• Evaluate mold investigations and determine possible mold risks
• Follow directions and work independently
• Assist with duct cleaning, AeroSeal, duct replacements, and other IAQ tasks
• Other duties as assigned
