About the role

CoolToday, a well-established leader in the AC/Plumbing/Electrical industry in Florida with nearly 60 years of experience, is seeking an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Helper to join our team. Our IAQ Technicians are responsible for performing safe, effective, and efficient residential cleaning and indoor air quality activities in a fun, collaborative environment dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Duct cleaning, AeroSeal, duct replacements, and other indoor air quality services
• Blow-in insulation (knowledge is a plus)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No experience necessary—we will train the right person
• Ability to engage with clients to understand their needs
• Evaluate mold investigations and determine possible mold risks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
