Indoor Air Quality Assessor/Engineer

About the role
As part of our ongoing expansion programme we have a requirement to recruit an Air Quality Service Engineer to join our existing team. The role would suit someone who has good communication skills, is ambitious and keen to improve their existing knowledge and capabilities with aspirations to further their career. The role entails traveling to buildings around the country (but predominantly in the South East) to conduct internal air quality tests using specialist equipment, analyse the results obtained, and produce a detailed technical report detailing the methods employed, the test findings along with any relevant recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to carry out air quality surveys
- Analysis of recorded data
- Production of technical reports detailing results and findings
- From time to time: temperature monitoring and general HSG274/water hygiene tasks
- Water sample collection for laboratory analysis
Requirements
- Previous air quality testing experience is not necessary
- Able to use Microsoft WORD
- Good eye for detail and a strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Previous experience visiting various sites to carry out works will be an advantage
- Comfortable working both within a team environment and on their own
- Full driving licence is required
