About the role

Seeking experienced sales professionals and entrepreneurs to build and manage their own freight business under established carrier authority, focusing on temperature-controlled transportation across the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and manage freight accounts
• Match shipper freight with carrier capacity via company’s network
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in various freight segments
• Negotiate rates and service agreements
• Proactively communicate load status, issues, and solutions
• Operate independently while collaborating with support teams

Requirements

• Experienced freight brokers or sales professionals with existing book of business
• Must have an operating brokerage or fleet
• Self-starter, relationship-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to build long-term partnerships
