Income Tax Analyst
About the role
The Income Tax Analyst supports the Income Tax Accounting & Reporting function within the Shared Services Tax Group, playing a key role in both tax provision and compliance activities. This position is responsible for preparing quarterly and annual income tax provisions and related reporting in accordance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP, while also supporting federal, state, and local income tax filings. In this role, you will analyze tax account balances and controls, assist with regulatory compliance (including transfer pricing and international reporting requirements), and collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and treasury teams to gather and validate data. The position also contributes to process improvements and automation efforts, leveraging tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions and related reporting in accordance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP
- Support federal, state, and local income tax filings
- Analyze tax account balances and controls
- Aid in regulatory compliance, including transfer pricing and international reporting requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and treasury teams to gather and validate data
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts using tools such as Alteryx and Power BI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience in tax accounting/compliance (“Big 4” a strong plus)
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Knowledge of Thomson Reuters’ ONESOURCE and Alteryx preferred
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: USD $85,000.00/Yr. to USD $110,000.00/Yr.
