Inclusion Support Educator (Certificate III Minimum) Willmore Kindergarten

About the role

Willmore Kindergarten is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Educator to join our experienced team as soon as possible for Thursdays (8:00am–3:00pm) for the remainder of the kindergarten year. Working alongside our teachers, you will support the inclusion, wellbeing and participation of children within our play-based kindergarten program. The kindergarten is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for every child, upholding Child Safe Standard 5 – equity is upheld and diverse needs are respected in policy and practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the inclusion, wellbeing and participation of children in the play‑based kindergarten program.
• Work alongside teachers to implement inclusive practices and promote child safety.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all children.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Current Paid Blue Card
• A commitment to inclusive practice and high‑quality early childhood education

Thursdays, 8:00am – 3:00pm (Term Time). Immediate start available.
