Inbound Sales Professional, Inside Sales (Remote in EST & CST)

About the role
This is a remote Inside Sales position open to qualified candidates living in the United States. Candidates must reside in the EST and CST areas to be eligible.
As a Competitive Inbound Sales Professional, you will assess and prioritize accounts according to sales urgency and shipping opportunity, uncover solutions opportunities, develop new client relationships, manage lead generation, work competitive leads, and sell shipping and solutions.
Compensation
The non-negotiable base compensation for this role is $21.88 per hour plus $25,000 OTI uncapped commission based on individual performance, paid out monthly. Total Target Compensation at 100% goal achievement is $70,000 annually.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
- Continuous track record of 90%+ quota attainment
- Experience with competitive selling, telephone sales, or related fields
- Experience in information technology, software, financial products, or renewal sales
- Experience with operational performance metrics and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
