Responsibilities

• Timely, proper set-up and delivery of all in-room dining orders in accordance with Sonesta performance standards.
• Conduct routine floor checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and work areas.
• Execute assigned side duties.
• Deliver passionate and engaging service to our guests by recognizing individual guests and anticipating their unique needs to exceed expectations.
• Consistently deliver our GUEST model:
  • Greet or welcome everyone warmly with a smile.
  • Use eye and ear contact and the guest’s name.
  • Establish and anticipate needs.
  • Solve and own all requests or complaints.
  • Thank everyone.
• Build solid relationships with colleagues by treating them with respect and dignity.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including working in other areas of the hotel to assist operations when needed.

Requirements

• Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience.
• Strong communication skills, utilized frequently for training, safety, and guest interactions.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Louisiana Responsible Vendor's Permit and ServSafe Food Handler Certification required.
