About the Role

The position involves completing closing duties, maintaining work areas, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met. You will also follow safety protocols, welcome guests, and support team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning all areas, restocking items, and securing the workspace.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Ensure professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and address concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Read and verify information in various formats (e.g., small print).
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
  • No prior related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for manipulating objects of varying sizes.

Full-time position.
