Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Desire to progress in nursing management, learn health care operations, and employ data-driven decision-making.
