Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel and Leisure, and generate sales through proper closing techniques.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations travel options.
  • Initiate transactions and utilize closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing and advanced sales and career training sessions.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Maintain production standards and set and review performance goals.
  • Travel requirements: No travel required outside of the home site’s area.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Maintain production standards.
  • Maintain the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or obtain one if not already held.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Training Requirements

  • Initial paid training covering the sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
  • General smart device skills.

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
