Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generate sales through proper closing techniques.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations products and services.
  • Initiate and close transactions with prequalified leads.
  • Attend ongoing and advanced sales and career training sessions.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
  • Maintain production standards.
  • Hold the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or be able to obtain one.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Training Requirements

  • Initial Paid Training covering the sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
  • General smart device skills.
