About the role

Capital Vacations is seeking experienced In-House Sales Representatives to join their team in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with existing Capital Vacations owners during scheduled appointments
  • Build rapport and identify owner needs
  • Present upgrade opportunities and personalized vacation solutions
  • Guide owners through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to individual and team sales goals

Requirements

  • Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales experience
  • Active Tennessee Timeshare License (candidates without a current license must be willing to obtain one)
  • Proven closing ability and strong relationship-building skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of vacation ownership sales experience
  • Strong understanding of vacation ownership products and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skills

  • Exceptional sales and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

  • Top commission hurdle under $200,000 in monthly volume
  • Up to 17% commission payout
  • 10% commission at the top hurdle
  • Weekly commission payouts
  • Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities
  • Six-figure income potential
