About the role
Capital Vacations is seeking experienced In-House Sales Representatives to join their team in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Meet with existing Capital Vacations owners during scheduled appointments
- Build rapport and identify owner needs
- Present upgrade opportunities and personalized vacation solutions
- Guide owners through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation
- Contribute to individual and team sales goals
Requirements
- Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales experience
- Active Tennessee Timeshare License (candidates without a current license must be willing to obtain one)
- Proven closing ability and strong relationship-building skills
- Professional communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of vacation ownership sales experience
- Strong understanding of vacation ownership products and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
- Exceptional sales and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- Top commission hurdle under $200,000 in monthly volume
- Up to 17% commission payout
- 10% commission at the top hurdle
- Weekly commission payouts
