About the role

The In-House Sales Associate at Capital Vacations is responsible for presenting and informing guests about the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Present and inform the guest of the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • Call Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Two years of experience in resort sales preferred
  • Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities:
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Flexible schedule
    • Ability to travel – Road Shows
    • Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
    • Regular Hours and Weekend Travel: Must be able to attend roadshows

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in auto, insurance, finance, restaurants, luxury goods, and hospitality is preferred but not required.

Pay

(Commissions paid weekly, plus opportunity to earn monthly bonuses)

Schedule

Must be able to attend roadshows and work weekends and holidays.
