About the role

We are seeking an In House Sales Representative to join our team at Vacatia. Our mission is to transform the vacation ownership and rental industry by providing smarter, more connected travel experiences. This role will involve converting in-house resort guests into enthusiastic Vacatia owners through engaging, educational, and memorable interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and one-on-one consultations.
  • Partner with marketing and resort operations to create seamless, memorable guest experiences.
  • Implement creative sales approaches that resonate emotionally and differentiate Vacatia’s offering.
  • Track success metrics to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Strengthen a collaborative, results-driven sales culture through teamwork and excellence.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or in-house sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to connect authentically with guests, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • May be required to have an active valid Real Estate or Timeshare License based upon location.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
