Responsibilities
- Aid in reviewing and editing agreements and contract documents.
- Identify legal processing issues and escalate them to relevant parties as needed.
- Create, organize, and update files; scan, mail, and maintain document records.
- Communicate with Division Managers and contracting parties via various means.
- Update files with documents, notes, and communications according to company standards.
- Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Support the Legal Department and other teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education in English, Paralegal Studies, or a related legal field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
