In-House Contracts Paralegal

Responsibilities

  • Aid in reviewing and editing agreements and contract documents.
  • Identify legal processing issues and escalate them to relevant parties as needed.
  • Create, organize, and update files; scan, mail, and maintain document records.
  • Communicate with Division Managers and contracting parties via various means.
  • Update files with documents, notes, and communications according to company standards.
  • Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and timely completion.
  • Support the Legal Department and other teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education in English, Paralegal Studies, or a related legal field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
