Contracts Paralegal
What You'll Do
- Draft and revise contracts, amendments, addendums, and related legal documents
- Support contract administration, ownership changes, and document management
- Afford assistance with legal operations, process improvements, and workflow automation initiatives
- Collaborate with contract management and legal technology platforms
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Paralegal, Contracts Specialist, Contracts Administrator, or similar role
- Strong drafting, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience managing contracts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, CLM, or legal technology platforms is a plus
