About the role
The Contracts Paralegal is responsible for supporting the legal department in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting, negotiation, and review of various types of contracts.
- Research and analyze legal issues related to contracts.
- Manage contract databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain legal documents and reports as needed.
- Support legal team meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a legal or paralegal role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Experience with contract management software.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
