About the role

Latitude is working with a Nashville-area company that is adding a full-time transactional attorney to its legal team. You will work alongside experienced attorneys and business leaders on matters that support the company’s strategy, growth, and innovation. The attorney must be able to independently manage deal flow, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing, while handling multiple transactions and deadlines.
