We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We have content: Position Overview (maybe About the role). Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Qualifications (Education & Licensure, Professional Experience, Required Skills & Attributes). Benefits & Perks (Benefits). Pay: HOURLY RATE: $55-$65/hourly. Schedule: Part-Time (maybe schedule). Also location: United States, EST Preferred. Also note about states eligibility. Also note about cover letter requirement (application instruction) - we must remove application instructions. So we should not include cover letter instruction. Also remove EEO boilerplate, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: mission description? The "ABOUT PER SCHOLAS:" is generic about organization; maybe we can include as About the role? Actually About the role could be the Position Overview paragraph. The "ABOUT PER SCHOLAS:" is organization description; maybe we can include as a brief intro but not required as a heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include those headings if we have content. We have content for About the role: Position Overview paragraph (starting "Please submit a cover letter..." but we must remove application instruction). Actually the Position Overview includes: "Please submit a cover letter alongside your resume. Note that applications received without a cover letter will not be considered." That's application instruction; we must remove that. The rest: "The Part-Time Contracts Attorney will support the legal department in managing a wide range of contractual matters across the organization, with a specialized focus on service oriented government contracts and grants. The ideal candidate will be an agile legal counsel with the ability to rapidly master complex agreements and bring strong legal experience, particularly in drafting and negotiating within government-regulated settings. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is eager to focus heavily on contract law and who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Our team is mission-driven, collaborative, and empowered to take ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will be intellectually agile, business and strategy-minded, and highly detail-oriented. This role requires a highly collaborative professional with strong judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to risk management." We keep that. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities bullet list. Requirements: maybe combine Education & Licensure, Professional Experience? The instruction says we can have Requirements section; but we also have Qualifications. We need to decide which sections to include. We have Qualifications (Education & Licensure, Professional Experience, Required Skills & Attributes). Could map to Requirements and Skills. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We should not create thin sections; better to combine into Qualifications (which includes education, experience, skills). The instruction list includes Requirements and Qualifications as separate possible headings; we can choose to use Qualifications only if we have content for both education/experience and skills. We have that. Could also include Skills separate if we want, but we can put skills under Qualifications. To avoid many thin sections, we can use Qualifications heading and include subpoints maybe as
. But we need to follow rule: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So for qualifications we can have a

      summarizing? Better to list as

      • each bullet. We have Education & Licensure: Juris Doctor, Active bar admission. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience across Government service contracts as well as general commercial transactions, as in-house counsel, or in government. Specific expertise in government contracts and procurement. Extensive demonstrable experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Experience supporting in-house legal functions or advising nonprofit, education, or government-sector clients is highly preferred. Required Skills & Attributes: Tech savvy, strong legal writing, analysis, communication, legal research, contractual/statutory interpretation, highly organized, business-minded, detail-oriented, managing competing priorities, collaborative mindset, excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, communication skills, ability to convey complex issues, excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe, MS Office Suite, strong alignment with mission. We can combine into a list. Benefits: Benefits & Perks section with details. We need to include all substantive info: Holidays & PTO, Comprehensive Medical Coverage, Dental and Vision Insurance, Retirement Savings, Employee Assistance Program, Parental Leave, Additional Benefits & Perks, etc. We should preserve all details but can condense into list items. Pay: HOURLY RATE: $55-$65/hourly. So we can have Pay section with

        $55-$65 per hour

. Schedule: Part-Time (maybe also location: United States, EST Preferred). Also note about states eligibility: list of states. That's location/eligibility info. Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate note but we don't have a heading for Location; we could include under Schedule or maybe as a note in About the role. Since we have no specific heading for location, we could include in About the role paragraph or as a separate

after schedule. The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have schedule (Part-Time) and location (United States, EST Preferred) and state eligibility. We could create a Schedule section with details: Part-Time, EST preferred, eligible states list. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, PII policies, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Job title is Part-Time Commercial Transactions Attorney (though posting says Part-Time Contracts Attorney? Actually title: Part-Time Commercial Transactions Attorney). We'll not repeat. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include application instructions (cover letter). So we removed that sentence. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, etc. Now produce HTML fragment:
