In-Home Healthcare RN - Adult Patients (Weekend Shifts)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, ensuring adherence to care plans and physician orders. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and coordinating quality patient care based on assessments and physician directives.Observing, assessing, and reporting changes in patient conditions promptly.Documenting assessments, interventions, responses, and care activities accurately and timely.Developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans.Providing patient education on disease management, self-care, and prevention.Maintaining infection control standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.Participating in ongoing education to maintain clinical competencies. Qualifications And Skills Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the past 12 months.Preferred: Six months of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail, effective time management, organization, and communication skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate various environments, and respond to emergencies. Additional Requirements Include Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes.Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and compliance with health standards.Ability to work independently in diverse home environments.
