In-Home Healthcare RN - Adult Patients (Weekend Shifts)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, adhering to physician orders and care plans. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and coordinating quality patient care while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.Assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, and reporting changes promptly.Developing, implementing, and updating nursing care plans to achieve clinical outcomes.Recognizing and responding to patient needs to prevent or reduce risks.Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.Following infection control protocols and complying with policies, regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Include Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred but not required.Reliable transportation and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, perform prolonged walking, standing, and repositioning, and respond effectively to emergencies.Ability to work in diverse environments with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
