In-Home Healthcare LVN - Part Time/Full Time - Days/Nights

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings for pediatric patients. The role involves delivering and documenting care such as feeding tube management and medication administration, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient conditions

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB testing within the last 12 months
• Relevant experience, with at least six months of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in home health is advantageous
