In Home Healthcare LVN - Low Acuity - Full Time/Part Time Days

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, primarily for pediatric patients with needs such as feeding tubes and medication administration. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and documenting quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.Monitoring patient condition, assessing needs, and reporting changes promptly.Implementing nursing actions to achieve desired outcomes and prevent risks.Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and infection control standards.Participating in ongoing education and skill development. Qualifications And Skills Required Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.Preferred: six months of clinical nursing experience, especially in pediatrics or home health.Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform patient repositioning.Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role involves working in diverse environments, with exposure to bodily fluids and infectious agents, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate different availability, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
