In-Home Healthcare LVN - Low Acuity - Part Time or Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting for pediatric patients with feeding tubes and medication needs. The role involves delivering and documenting care according to physician plans, assessing patient conditions, and educating families on self-care and disease management.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Monitor patient status, report changes, and update care plans.
• Implement infection control standards and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families about care techniques and disease prevention.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of clinical experience preferred; pediatric experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
