About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting for pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tube management and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient care according to physician plans
• Assessing and documenting patient conditions
• Educating families on self-care and disease management
• Updating care plans
• Recognizing changes in patient status
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications

• Recent clinical experience, particularly in pediatrics or home health
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Physical requirements

• Physical ability to lift, reposition patients, and perform necessary movements
