About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting for pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per physician orders
• Monitor and report patient condition changes
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Ensure infection control and compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of nursing education from an accredited school
• Preferably six months of clinical or home health experience
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to perform patient transfer and mobility tasks
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Must meet state-specific experience criteria
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in diverse environments with potential exposure to biological hazards
• Physical stamina for prolonged walking, standing, and repositioning patients
