About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide skilled care in a pediatric home setting. This role is vital in delivering compassionate home healthcare, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and documenting nursing care per physician care plans and orders
• Assessing and monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Developing, updating, and implementing individualized care plans
• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention
• Ensuring infection control and maintaining compliance with regulations and policies

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months
• Preferably six months of clinical experience; pediatric experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
