About the Role

Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a homecare setting, providing skilled nursing care to adult patients with complex needs such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and documenting personalized patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, and reporting to supervisors or physicians
• Implementing nursing interventions to achieve desired outcomes and prevent risks
• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and safety strategies
• Maintaining confidentiality, adhering to policies, and following infection control standards

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation and a minimum of six months of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in assessments, documentation, and compliance with regulations
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move and reposition patients, and perform home environment tasks
• Willingness to work in diverse environments with potential exposure to blood and infectious diseases
• Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights, days, and weekends
