In Home Health Care RN - High Acuity Nights - Part Time/Full Time

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled, patient-centered care in a home setting, primarily during night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators
• Assess patient conditions
• Develop and update care plans
• Administer medications
• Educate families on disease management and self-care

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within the past year
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform prolonged standing, and navigate diverse environments

Qualifications

• At least six months of clinical experience preferred
• Specialized experience in pediatrics, oncology, or home health is advantageous
• Essential skills: attention to detail, effective communication, time management, and problem-solving
