In Home Health Care RN - High Acuity Nights - Part Time/Full Time

Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled nursing care in pediatric home settings. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and documenting patient care according to physician orders and care plans.Assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, and implementing appropriate interventions.Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention.Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.Participating in ongoing education and skill development. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification and TB test within past 12 months.Six months of nursing experience preferred; pediatric experience is a plus.Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Skills & Abilities Attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform mobility tasks, and respond to emergencies.Ability to work in varied environments and handle exposure risks.
