In Home Healthcare LVN - High Acuity - Nights - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care in a pediatric homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and documenting care per physician orders and care plans
• Assessing patient condition, reporting changes, and implementing appropriate interventions
• Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Maintaining confidentiality, professional boundaries, and compliance with health regulations
• Utilizing infection control measures and ensuring safety during patient care
• Participating in ongoing education and skill development

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months
• Minimum of six months of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, and bending
• Ability to function in diverse environments, with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious agents
• Effective response to emergency situations in the home setting
