In Home Healthcare LVN - Full Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for children, including feeding tube management and medication administration (training available).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Deliver care with empathy and compassion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in your state.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test within the last 12 months.
• Prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.

Key Duties

• Deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes.
• Document care electronically via tablets.
• Participate in training for skill advancement and clinical excellence.
