Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers
• Administer feeding tubes and medications, with training available
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes
• Support patients and families with empathetic care

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (training available if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Previous hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
