In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time) - Emmet, MI

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, lasting approximately 45 minutes
• Engage in one-on-one discussions, addressing patient health questions
• Review medication and medical history, perform physical evaluations
• Utilize technology to streamline clinical workflows and documentation
• Travel locally and regionally within licensed states for patient visits
• Facilitate virtual visits when necessary
• Deliver a range of diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted medical license in coverage areas
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered care in a home environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients
• Experience with in-home health evaluations or similar settings
