In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time) - Alpena, MI

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations and provide personalized care
• Engage with patients to answer health questions and provide support
• Utilize an iPad for clinical workflow during evaluations
• Travel locally within licensed states to visit patients as needed
• Conduct virtual consultations when appropriate
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant coverage areas
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting in-home health evaluations
• Ability to build strong rapport with patients
• Familiarity with diagnostic tests and preventive services
• Experience working in diverse environments
