Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health evaluations and foster patient relationships
- Engage with patients to assess their health needs and provide guidance
- Perform physical examinations and review medical histories
- Utilize an iPad for clinical workflows during evaluations
- Travel locally and conduct virtual visits as necessary
- Implement diagnostic and preventive services as required
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Experience in providing in-home health care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse home environments
