In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time) - Huron, MI

Responsibilities

• Engage meaningfully with patients during in-home health evaluations
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of medical history and medications
• Perform physical evaluations and recommend follow-up care
• Utilize iPad and clinical workflow for efficient evaluations
• Collaborate with a national network of clinicians to improve health outcomes
• Travel to patients' homes for assessments, adapting to diverse environments
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as outlined

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage areas
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to perform in-home health evaluations
• Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states
• Experience in conducting virtual visits as needed
