In-Home Physician Full Time - Fort Wayne

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, lasting about 45 minutes
• Engage with patients to build trust and address health questions
• Provide diagnostic services as required, such as spirometry and bone density screenings
• Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits
• Conduct virtual visits when necessary
• Document evaluations using an iPad and clinical workflow

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage areas
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse home environments
• Experience in providing in-home healthcare evaluations

$260,000 – $260,000 annually
