In-Home Physician Full Time

We’re seeking a Full-Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations focused on building trusted relationships and improving health outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting 45-minute visits to review medications, medical history, perform physical evaluations, and order diagnostic tests if needed, using an iPad for clinical workflows. The role involves engaging with patients in diverse home environments, including virtual visits, and providing Diagnostic & Preventive Services such as spirometry and screenings. Qualifications include an active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO), with multi-state licenses preferred. Ideal candidates are compassionate, adaptable, and comfortable working in varied home settings.
