About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Physician to deliver In-Home Health Evaluations within a national network dedicated to improving health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 45‑minute personalized visits
- Review medication and medical history
- Perform physical assessments
- Administer diagnostic tests as ordered
- Engage directly with patients in their homes, building trusted relationships to support better health
- May conduct virtual visits
- Travel within licensed states as required, including overnight stays
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in coverage areas
- Ability to obtain multi‑state licenses
- Experience with diverse home environments
- Capability to perform duties safely and comfortably
