In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Physician to deliver In-Home Health Evaluations within a national network dedicated to improving health outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting 45-minute personalized visits, reviewing medication and medical history, performing physical assessments, and administering diagnostic tests as ordered. You will engage directly with patients in their homes, building trusted relationships to support better health, and may also conduct virtual visits. Flexibility to travel within licensed states is required, including overnight stays. Qualifications include active, unrestricted medical licenses in coverage areas, with the ability to obtain multi-state licenses. Experience with diverse home environments and the capability to perform duties safely and comfortably are essential. Skills involve strong communication, adaptability, and proficiency with clinical workflows using digital tools.
