In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time) Hartford, CT (Capitol)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations focusing on personalized care
• Engage patients to build trusted relationships
• Use technology and clinical workflow effectively during evaluations
• Review patients' medication and medical history thoroughly
• Perform basic physical evaluations and diagnostic tests as necessary
• Travel locally and within licensed states as required
• Provide services including diagnostic and preventive screenings

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Multi-state medical licenses preferred
• Experience with in-home health evaluations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse home environments
