In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time - Michigan

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations to assess patients' health and needs
• Engage with patients in a compassionate, one-on-one manner
• Perform medication and medical history reviews
• Complete physical evaluations and necessary diagnostic tests
• Conduct virtual visits as required
• Carefully coordinate care referrals based on patient assessments

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s)
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as required
• Experience in patient engagement and health evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of in-home healthcare environments
