In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time

We are seeking a Full-time Physician to conduct In-Home Health Evaluations in members' residences, fostering trusted relationships to improve health outcomes. Responsibilities include performing 45-minute assessments involving medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and optional diagnostic tests, using an iPad for clinical workflows. The role requires local travel across a defined coverage area, possibly involving overnight stays and transportation arrangements. Physicians will provide diagnostic and preventive services, conduct virtual visits as needed, and support personalized health evaluations. Qualifications include active, unrestricted licenses in the coverage area, ability to obtain multi-state licenses, and flexibility to cover all counties within the region.
