In-Home Traveler Physician Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Physician to conduct In-Home Health Evaluations in members' residences, fostering trusted relationships to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform 45-minute assessments involving medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and optional diagnostic tests, using an iPad for clinical workflows.
• Travel locally across a defined coverage area, possibly involving overnight stays and transportation arrangements.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Support personalized health evaluations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licenses in the coverage area.
• Ability to obtain multi-state licenses.
• Flexibility to cover all counties within the region.
• Experience in primary care or in-home assessments preferred.

Pay

Base pay of $145.00 per visit, with additional incentives for diagnostic services.

Schedule
