In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time)- Bridgeport, CT

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for members of designated health plans
• Travel locally within a designated metro area for pre-scheduled visits
• Achieve a completion rate of at least 110 visits per month
• Collaborate with and oversee nurse practitioners or physician assistants
• Engage regularly with management and clinical teams for operational effectiveness
• Perform video visits and maintain compliance with requirements
• Ensure maintenance of diagnostic equipment and necessary supplies

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active medical license in coverage area(s)
• Experience with in-home health evaluations or similar formats preferred
• Ability to conduct and complete a minimum of 110 visits per month
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or related health plans
• Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states when required
• Ability to maintain training and comply with Video Visit requirements
• Physical capability to manage diagnostic equipment and supplies during visits
