In-Home Health - NP or PA (Full Time) - New London (Southeastern), CT

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a healthcare environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations to assess patients' health needs
• Engage with patients during visits to build trust and support their health journeys
• Utilize technology (iPad) for efficient clinical workflows
• Travel locally and within licensed states as necessary
• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licenses in coverage areas
• Board certification required
• Multi-state licenses preferred

Pay

$95,738 – $206,206 annually
