Description

Partners with all levels of leaders and team members to share accountability for obtaining quantifiable results in alignment with the organization's system and regional goals. Deploys strategic programs and facilitates breakthrough results for highly complex process improvement initiatives.

Key Relationships

Serves as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years relevant LEAN experience with complex matrix organization leading through influence is required.
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience with complex matrix organizations is required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Experience utilizing techniques (at least 4 of the following) such as: VSM/VSA, DMAIC, Scientific thinking, operating systems, Training w/in Industry (TWI), 3P, various problem-solving tools, system thinking, Just Culture, High Reliability Organization (HRO), SIPOC and FMEA is preferred.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.
