Implementation & Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for clinical staff and providers, including e-learning assets and instructional videos
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous training through various mediums, including workshops and simulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess clinical education needs across the organization
• Support launches of new products and policies with high-quality training resources
• Identify training requirements and propose solutions to address knowledge gaps
• Review and modify training content to maintain an up-to-date library
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and evaluative data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and current RN licensure required
• Minimum of 5-8 years of professional acute care nursing experience
• Direct patient experience; strong clinical assessment skills
• Prior experience in designing and delivering training using various delivery methods
• Proficient in using technology including software programs like Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to clinical audiences
• Motivational and eager to work with diverse teams and clients
